On top of making the necessary repairs to my vehicle's body, they take exceptional care and professionalism to produce results with the 'Wow' factor. I also faced a rather difficult situation when claiming insurance to pay for my repairs, and Robert went above and beyond to help me with the claim via his years of expertise. Had my Volkswagen Golf rear panel and side panel repaired by these guys as they were severely damaged. The service was professional, friendly and efficient and the quality of work was outstanding! There's plenty of panel beaters in the area but this one is certainly the best. Would definitely recommend! They also detailed my car and it looked brand new upon pickup. If you have stumbled across with them you are lucky!!!! they were so professional, attentive, kind and caring. Couldn't be happier with their work and my car was returned like a brand new car- the state of my car was horrible when I left my car with them... I have contacted numerous penal beaters across Melbourne but they are the only one who followed up with me after one month I haven't decided what I wanted to do with my car. when I dropped my car off I was on my way to the airport so one of the guys, Robert, dropped me off at a tram stop so that I can easily go to Southern cross station. they didn't need my car for 9 days but they were happy to keep my car the whole time I was away. Robert gave me some tips re: which insurance company to go for and why. they sourced used parts so that my bill was as cheap as possible. list goes on!! so many good things about them. I had the unfortunate experience of my car being damaged by falling debris from a construction site. The team at South City Motor Body Works, assisted me not only with a quote (when many others in the area wouldn't) but also in negotiations with the at fault Construction company. The ordeal dragged for many months, due to personal/work commitments, but Rob and the team were fantastic in their communication and support. After final approvals, the team at South City repaired my damage, quickly and to a really high standard - I was very pleased with the quality. I would have no reservations in recommending them to others, both for their customer service, support and quality of repair.
